小麦秸秆塑料袋栽培平菇高产配方筛选试验 被引量:4

Determination of Substrate Formulation for Bag-cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus Using Wheat Straw

摘要 试验以小麦秸秆为主料,设计不同配方配制培养料,采用塑料袋熟料栽培平菇,研究不同配方对平菇产量的影响。结果表明,小麦秸秆100 kg,配以棉籽壳50 kg和麦麸30 kg,平菇产量最高,鲜菇重达276 g·袋-1,生物学效率达110.4%,比纯小麦秸秆高63.2%。 The effect of substrate formulae on mushroom yield was investigated, using wheat straw as main ingredient. The results showed that the substrates containing wheat straw 100 kg, cottonseed hulls 50 kg and wheat bran 30 kg made highest yield and biological efficiency (276 g.·bag^-1 and 110. 4% respectively).
