摘要 提出一款双翼形直线超声波电动机。电机定子为一个带双翼的空心圆柱结构,其利用双翼弯曲振动致使空心圆柱上下、左右摆动的两个振动模态工作,驱动动子旋转直线运动。推导了电机定子驱动质点的运动轨迹方程,研究了电机定子驱动动子运动的工作机理。利用有限元法进行分析计算,对定子驱动质点的运动轨迹进行了仿真,验证了电机运动机理分析的正确性。制作了双翼形直线超声波电动机原理样机,并进行性能测试,试验表明电机的工作频域范围较宽,在激励电压峰峰值为250 V时,电机的空载速度为1.55 mm/s,最大输出力为0.106N,是定子质量的11.7倍。 A double-wing-shaped linear ultrasonic micromotor was proposed. The stator is a hollow cylindrical strut ture with wings. Tile bending vibrations of the wings can cause the hollow cylinder to bend in the up-and-down and left- and-right directions. The stator employs the two vibration modes and drives the mover to rotate and move linearly. The ex pressions of motion trajectory of the driving points were formulated. Tile working mechanism of the stator-mover interaction was studied. The motion trajectories of the driving points were simulated using the finite element method. The simulation results verify the correctness of the analysis of movement mechanism. A double-wing-shaped linear motor was fabricated and the characteristics of the motor were investigated. Tile experimental results show that the motor can operate smootkly in a wide frecluency range. When the motor is driven by the voltage of 250 V, the speed without load is 1.55 mm/s, and the maximum output force is 0. 106 N, which is 11.7 times of the stator weight.
