摘要 提出的无刷直流电动机控制系统由供电电路、正弦波SPWM控制电路、驱动电路和位置检测电路四大部分组成,其中供电电路采用整流桥GBJ1510和电源管理芯片AP8012实现;正弦波控制电路引进了专用正弦波控制芯片TB6556FG;驱动电路引进了IPM模块TPD4135AK;位置检测电路利用霍尔传感器实现。以一台300 V、200 W的无刷直流电动机为控制对象,实现了电机良好的调速控制,并保证了电机低振动低噪声性能,整个系统充分发挥了集成芯片的优势,电路简单,而且可靠性比较高,具有广泛的应用前景。 The brushless DC motor control system that consists of four major parts such as power supply circuit sine wave SPWM control circuit, position detection circuit and drive circuit was introduced. The rectifier bridge GBJ1510 and power management chip AP8012 were used as power supply circuit. The chip TB6556FG was used as sine wave PWM control. The TPD4135AK of IPM module was used for drive circuit. The position detection circuit was realized by using Hall sensor. A 300 V,200 W brushless DC motors was used as the control object, the speed regulation control was realized and the low vibration noise performance was insured. The advantages of the integrated chips was exerted. Its circuit was simple and with high reliability. It has wide application prospect.
