退火工艺和稀土元素对SPCC冷轧板再结晶过程及织构的影响 被引量:6

Effects of annealing process and rare earth elements on recrystallization and texture of cold rolled SPCC sheet

摘要 研究了退火工艺和添加微量稀土元素对SPCC冷轧低碳钢板再结晶过程及织构的影响。结果表明,提高加热温度加快了SPCC冷轧板再结晶过程,促进晶粒长大;稀土元素的加入阻碍了再结晶过程,抑制了晶粒长大,明显提高了稀土SPCC冷轧板有利于深冲性能的{111}<011>织构、{111}<112>织构和{001}<100>立方织构的强度。 Effects of annealing process and rare earth elements on recrystallization and texture of cold roiled SPCC sheet of low carbon steel are investigated. The results show that the recrystallization and grain growth of SPCC sheet is accelerated with the increase of annealing temperature. The addition of rare earth elements can hinder the recrystallization and restrain grain growth of the cold rolled SPCC sheet, and can also obviously improve the intensity of { 111} 〈011 〉 texture, { 111} 〈 112 〉 texture and {001 } 〈 100 〉 texture which are good for deep draw ability of the cold rolled SPCC sheet.
