摘要
用化学成分分析、力学性能测试及显微组织观察等手段,分析了复合板爆炸焊接失效的原因。结果表明,由于间隙中气体未能全部排出,造成复合板结合面积率低;基板边缘翘皮现象系爆炸焊接的边界效应,是爆炸能量过大引起的伤裂现象。针对失效问题提出了相应的改进措施。
The failure causes of explosive welded composite plate were investigated by means of chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties test and microstructure observation. The results show that due to the low rate of the contact areas caused by interspaces-gas not exhaust clearly on the composite plate, the peeling founded on the edge of the base plate which known as the edge effect in explosive welding is the wounded crack caused by over explosion energy. Improving measurements are put forward in accordance with the failure of explosive welded composite plate.
