摘要
运用源自营销学的顾客价值理论,从质量、效率、成本、社会、享乐五个方面构建了城市游憩商业区游客价值测量量表。选择北京市王府井、什刹海、798艺术区三个较为成熟且类型不同的游憩商业区(RBD)进行问卷调查,运用数理统计方法开展游客价值人口特征分析,采用IPA方法开展三处RBD实证对比分析。根据IPA分析结果,结合三处RBD的特点,提出了"完善质量价值、提高效率价值、扩大享乐价值、培养社会价值、巩固成本价值"等五个方面的对策建议。
The scale of the tourist value which includes quality, efficiency, cost, society and enjoyment factors is built based on customer value theory from the marketing. The mathematical statistics are applied to the demographic analysis of tourist value. Questionnaire survey and Importance -Performance Analysis (IPA) are applied to three types of comparably mature RBDs in Beijing which are Wangfujing, Shichahai and 798 Art Zone. Five countermeasures and suggestions which include perfecting quality value, raising efficiency value, broadening enjoyment value, cultivating society value and consolidating cost value are proposed based on the IPA and the characteristics of three RBDs in Beijing.
