Evolution of the path of urban employment of migrant workers

改革开放以来,农民工城市就业经历了不同阶段,呈现出一定的阶段性特征。依据多方面数据以及不同时期的政策倾向和时代背景,对不同阶段的农民工流动总量变化及特征进行了详细分析,基于数据分析及时代特点将农民工就业问题的发展过程划分为四个阶段,着重对现阶段农民工城市就业的特征进行了剖析。现阶段的农民工城市就业,呈现出省际流动减少且举家外出流动的特征;在年龄构成上,30岁及以下人员所占比重明显减少。针对现阶段农民工城市就业的特点,提出了解决农民工就业问题的对策建议。

Since the reform and opening up, urban migrant workers employment has undergone different stages, which shows a certain characteristic stage. According to the data and different stages in policy and background, the migrant workers flow volume changes and characteristics of different stages are analyzed in detail. On the basis of data analysis and time characteristics the developing process of urban migrant workers employment is divided into four terms, and the analysis focus on the present stage migrant employment the characteristics of city. The proportion of 30 years old and below of migrant workers out of town have reduced significantly. Finally, this essay puts forward the corresponding countermeasures of urban migrant work- ers employment advice.
