摘要 基于计算流体力学和有限元数值模拟方法,建立了滑片泵数值模拟模型,针对滑片泵压力负载条件下的流量损失进行了结构优化设计研究。研究结果表明,优化前滑片泵在3腔吸液3腔排液带压工况时,吸液腔与排液腔之间没有过渡腔,且只有1个滑片密封,导致滑片泵出现流量损失;经过优化后减小了滑片泵出口与入口相位角,在相邻的低压吸液腔与高压排液腔之间设置过渡腔,增加了参与密封的滑片数,明显减少了滑片泵压差负载条件下流量损失;经过优化后的滑片泵在压力负载条件下流量增大,证明了滑片泵优化设计的可靠性。 On the basis of computational fluid dynamics and finite element numerical simulation method, the numerical simulation model of sliding vane pump was established. Research on the structural design optimization was conducted in light of flow rate loss in the condition of vane pump pressure load. The research findings show that in the pressure condition of three-cavity suction and three-cavity drainage, there is no transitional cavity between suc- tion cavity and drainage cavity for vane pump before optimization. Moreover, there is only one vane which is sealed. As a result, flow loss occurs with vane pump. After pump optimization, the phase angle between outlet and inlet is reduced. The transitional cavity is offered between neighboring low-pressure suction cavity and high-pressure drainage cavity. The number of vanes involving sealing is increased. Therefore, the flow loss of the pump is reduced remarkably in the condition of pressure difference load. After pump optimization the flow rate increases in the condition of pressure load, which verifies the reliability of the design optimization for the pump.
