摘要
为了验证大斜度井注水管柱力学分析理论研究的准确性,并掌握井下管柱轴向力、井内液体压力和温度等参数,设计了基于应变测试技术和存储回放模式的大斜度井注水管柱载荷测试仪。介绍了载荷测试仪的基本原理和工作流程,着重阐述了载荷测试短节的机械结构和内部硬件系统组成,分析了应变片传感器贴片的设计原则。对载荷测试仪样机在拉压力机上进行室内检测试验,试验结果表明,载荷测试仪的实际测试输出值与拉压力机输入值的相对误差均小于5%,因此该载荷测试仪能满足设计性能指标要求。
To verily the preciseness of the dynamic analysis of the water injection string in highly deviated wells and to grasp the parameters such as downhole string' s axial force and downhole fluid pressure and temperature, the load tester for injection string in highly deviated well was designed on the basis of strain testing technology and stor- age playback mode. The basic principle and operating procedure of the tester was introduced, focusing on the me- chanical structure of load testing sub as well as the composition of internal hardware system. The design principle of sensor on strain gauge was analyzed. A room test of the prototype was conducted on the tension and compression testing machine. The findings show that the practical testing output value of the tester and the input value of the testing machine are less than 5% in relative error. Therefore, the tester can satisfy the requirement of designed performance index.
