智能注水井数控水嘴流量特性仿真与试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对长庆油田注水井工况,开展了井下分层注水数控水嘴流量特性的数值分析和试验研究。采用有限元数值方法计算了设计的U形数控水嘴在不同开度下的流量系数。计算结果表明,随着水嘴压差的增大,流量系数曲线趋于平稳;当水嘴开度为45%时,流量系数达到最大值;当水嘴开度为25%时,仿真嘴损曲线整体略高于试验嘴损曲线;当水嘴压差较小时,流量误差相对较大,当增大水嘴压差时,仿真曲线与试验曲线很接近,平均误差小于5%,验证了仿真结果与试验结果的一致性。 In light of the operating condition of injection wells in Changqing Oilfield, the numerical analysis and experimental study of the flow characteristics of numerical control water nozzle in downhole separate layer injection were conducted. As for the designed U-shaped numerical control nozzle, the finite element numerical method was used to calculate the flow coefficient of nozzle in different openings. The calculation shows that with the increase of nozzle pressure difference, the curve of flow coefficient tends to become smooth. When the nozzle opening is 45%, the flow efficient reaches the maximum. When the opening is 25% , the curve of simulation nozzle hydraulic loss is slightly higher than that of experimental nozzle hydraulic loss on the whole. When the nozzle pressure difference is small, the flow error is relatively considerable. When the nozzle pressure difference increases, the simulation curve and test curve basically coincide with each other. The average error is less than 5%, verifying the agreement of simulation result and test result.
