摘要
为了筛选确定母系CH41、母系CH51、母系F01,父系S04、父系S05的最优杂交组合及配套利用方式,试验采用经纬杂交试验设计方法,开展配合力测定。结果表明:S04×CH51综合评定指数最高,达90 kg体重日龄为181.17 d,料重比为3.1,瘦肉率为58.25%,肌内脂肪含量(IMF)为4.08%,肌纤维直径为83.31μm,嫩度为5 814.83 g,为最优杂交组合。
To screen and determine the optimal hybrid combination including the iemale line CH41, female line CH51, female line F01, male line S04 and male line S05 ,the determination of combining ability was carried out using two - way network crosses. The results showed that the com- bination of S04 x CH51 was the highest in the comprehensive evaluation index. It would be the optimal hybrid combination when fulfilling the following conditions: the body weight of 90 kg at the age of 181.17 d, feed conversion ratio of 3. l ,lean percentage of 58.25 %, intramuscular (IMF) fat content of 4.08% ,muscle fiber diameter of 83.31 ~m,tenderness of 5 814.83 g.
