双酚A对幼龄SD大鼠胸腺病理损伤的作用

摘要 为了进一步研究双酚A的毒性作用,试验将40只21日龄SPF级SD大鼠随机分为对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,每组10只,各组分别灌胃给予植物油及0.5 mg/kg、5 mg/kg、50 mg/kg双酚A,1次/d,连续灌胃4周;取胸腺固定,采用石蜡切片技术观察胸腺组织的病理学变化。结果表明:对照组和低剂量组大鼠胸腺无明显变化,中剂量组和高剂量组大鼠胸腺结构受到损伤。说明一定剂量的双酚A会影响机体的免疫功能。
