真空设备上的真空动密封应用广泛,密封、泄漏、检漏是真空技术工作者必须面对的问题。本文简单介绍了真空动密封的几大分类,并较详细的讨论了无泄漏磁力传动真空动密封的原理、结构、特点和应用等。这种结构减少了真空技术工作者的许多麻烦。
Vacuum dynamic sealing is widely used in vacuum equipment. Sealing, leakage and leakage detecting are problems that vacuum technology workers must face. This article simply introduced several major categories of vacuum dynamic sealing. The principle, structure, characteristics and application of non-leakage vacuum dynamic sealing with magnetic transmission were discussed in detail. This structure reduce many troubles for the vacuum technology workers.
