The Analysis and Countermeasures of Black Carbon Aerosols on the Background of Climate Change

从黑碳气溶胶的研究源头着眼,针对该研究的最初研究方向和目标以及发展展开论述,并针对其研究现状对黑碳气溶胶的研究进行了相应论述。主要贡献是,在总结黑碳气溶胶的确定性和不确定性结论的基础上,提出了以应对全球变暖和节约资源为目标的减排目标,即将自然科学研究基础上的确定结论以人本为目标应用至社会科学领域,并以切实的行动和方式来回归人的可持续发展。

From the original probe on the black carbon aerosols, this article discussed the initial study direction and goal, and analyzed the present situation of research in details. The main contribution of this paper is： on the basis of summarization of the certainty and uncertainty of black carbon aerosols, it put forward some new solutions to deal with global warming and resource saving for the sake of the emissions reduction. Which humanisticly applied the conclusion on based of natural science to social science, and with practical actions and way to promote the sustainable develolpment.
