海外并购已成为我国企业实施"走出去"战略的重要形式之一。但是,在不断发展壮大的过程中,我国海外投资经常被投资国以威胁其国家安全为由,对我国外资并购进行严格的安全审查,并设置种种障碍,成为我国海外投资安全壁垒。文章在安全壁垒的背景和内容的基础上,重点分析安全壁垒对我国的对外贸易的影响,旨在促进我国对外出口稳定健康的发展。

Overseas merger and acquisition is one of the important forms for Chinese enterprises to carry out the strategy of ＂going out＂. But for threating its national security, recipient countries often have rigorous security review on foreign capital mergers and acquisitions, and kinds of barriers have been set up, namely as safety barriers. The text analyzes the influence on China＇s foreign trade from safety barriers based on the background and contents of the safety barriers. At the same time, through analyzing the cases between China and United States, according to the situation in China, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to avoid the risks of safety barriers, aimed at promoting the stable and healthy development of China＇s foreign trade.
