摘要
根据高速插秧机的设计要求,研究了高速插秧机机械式变速系统的主离合器的结构形式,提出了适应高速插秧机的多片湿式主离合器的设计方法。在初步选定主离合器的基本参数基础上,以其结构参数最小为目标,在MATLAB软件中利用fmincon函数,在约束条件下对摩擦片面积最小的目标函数进行了优化设计。
According the design requirements of the high-speed rice transplanter, the paper studies on the structure form of master clutch in high-speed rice transplanter' s mechanical transmission system, proposing one method which adapts tohigh-speed rice transplanter' s multi-plate damp clutch. Based on the initial selection of the basic parameters of the mas- ter clutch, selecting the minmum structural parameters as target, this paper used fmincon function to optimize and design the objective function of the clutch' s minimum area in the constraint conditions with MATLAB software.
