摘要
针对机械式烟草排种器充种率低、种子损伤率高、清种困难以及小颗粒单粒播种难度大等问题,设计了滚筒式烟草排种器。通过对凸轮瞬间清种性能的分析,设计了凸轮轮廓曲线;通过对充种性能和种子损伤情况的分析,设计了滚筒和料仓相对位置关系。分析表明,凸轮推程阶段采用余弦加速度轮廓曲线、回程采用正弦加速度轮廓曲线时,清种效果较好;当12.4°≤≤45°时,充种率和种子损伤率得到保证。所设计烟草排种器结构简单,综合性能良好,能较好地满足烟草播种要求。
For the mechanic seed-metering device , the filling ratio is low , the damage rate of seed is high , the seed cleaning is hard , small particles of single grain sowing is difficult , so in this paper , a seed-metering device with drum for tobacco was designed . Through the analysis of instant cleaning performance , the cam contour curve was designed , by the analysis of filling performance and seed damage , the relative position between the cylinder and hopper was determined ~ It could be concluded that the cleaning effect was well when the process of pushing used cosine acceleration curve , the process of returning applied sine acceleration curve and when , the filling ratio and seed damage rate were controlled. The designed seed-metering device's structure was simple , comprehensive performance was good and it could fulfill the task for the seeding of tobacco better.
