摘要 现有的带钵体秧苗移栽机在栽苗过程中需要通过拆卸链条和更换齿轮等方法调节秧苗株距,存在拆卸困难、操作不便且秧苗株距调节范围受到限制等问题,不能实现无极调节。为此,设计出一种新型的基于STC89C52RC单片机的移栽机控制系统。该系统采用旋转编码器实时检测移栽机行进速度,单片机通过控制电磁离合器的通断电来控制动力的传递,从而控制鸭嘴栽苗动作。试验结果表明:该移栽机控制系统可实现株距无级调节,可调株距范围为20~120cm。 The method of planting machine is dismantling the chain planting spacing adjustment range, spacing adjustment in the transplanting process of original pot seealing transplanting and replacing the gear. It is difficult disassembly, inconvenient operation, limited and cannot achieve stepless adjustment So a new kind of transplanting machine con- trol system based on STC89C52RC microcontroller was put forward. In this system, the rotary encoder was used to test the moving speed in real time, the duckbill transplanting action was controlled by microcontroller to control the electro- magnetic clutch power-on and power-off. The results showed that the transplanting machine control system can realize stepless adjustment and planting spacing range is 20-120cm.
