摘要
针对传统PC机和单片机控制系统在控制过程中存在的问题,对PLC和触摸屏在精密播种机播种深度控制系统中的应用与实现进行了研究,主要内容包括控制系统的工作原理、系统硬件组成和系统软件设计。分别对PLC软件编程、触摸屏软件编程及PID算法的实现等做了详细说明。实际应用表明,该系统具有运行稳定、可靠性高、操作维护方便等优点,具有较高的推广和使用价值。
In order to solve the existing problems of traditional PC and MCU control system in the control process, appli- cation and implementation of the PLC and touch screen in the precision planter depth control system were studied. The main contents include the working principle of the control system, the composition of the hardware system and the design of software system. Also there was a detailed description of the PLC software programming, touch screen software pro- gramming and the realization of the PID algorithm. Practical application shows that the system is capable of stable opera- tion and high reliability, it is easy to operate and maintenance, the promote value and the use value are relatively high.
