摘要
根据自走式矮化密植红枣收获机的工作要求,设计出一种适用于红枣收获机升降调平的液压系统,并介绍了该液压系统的设计计算以及工作原理。利用AMESim仿真软件建立此液压系统的模型,并对其工作过程进行仿真分析,验证了液压系统选型计算的合理性。仿真结果表明,该液压系统工作状况良好,性能稳定,达到了方便、实用的效果。
Based on work requirements of self-propelled dwarf and close planting jujube harvest machine, designed a lev- el hydraulic lift system which suitable for jujube harvest machine, introduced the design and calculation of hydraulic sys- tem and working principle, established the model of hydraulic system by using the AMESim simulation software, and con- ducted simulation analyse of its working process, verified the rationality of the selection calculation of hydraulic system, proved that the hydraulic system working in good condition, stable performance, reached convenient and practical effect.
