摘要
在分析当前育苗现状的基础上,提出了一种新型气吸式育苗钵育苗播种机。该机构主要由输送机构、填土机构、播种覆土机构、传动机构和配电箱组成。通过不完全齿轮,实现了填土、播种和覆土的间歇运动;采用四杆机构、气泵、电磁阀及行程开关的配合,实现种子的精确播种。实验结果表明,播种机结构设计合理,为育苗钵育苗提供了一种切实可行、经济有效的方案。
facing the deficiencies of the traditional seedlings, it is put forward that a new seedling-pot seeder, which mainly consists of conveying mechanism, filling mechanism, sowing and earth covering mechanism, transmission mecha-nism and a power distribution box. It is realized that the intermittent motions of filling, sowing and covering by incom-plete gears mechanism. The process age, air-pump, solenoid valve and seedling of precision seedling is implemented by a mechanism, which includes four-bar link- travel switch.
