多功能沙生灌木集运装备的研制

Development on Multifunctional Device for Collection Loading and Transportation of Desert Shrub

沙生灌木在我国的农、林、牧业及新能源开发利用中占有重要地位。目前,沙生灌木在平茬后集运手段落后,生产率低,为此研制了集捡拾、压捆、运输和装卸为一体的"多功能沙生灌木集运装备",主要论述了该装备的主要技术参数、工作原理与技术创新点。田间实验结果表明:设备适应沙地作业,其工作效率及自动化程度较高,各项性能指标均达到设计要求。该设备的成功研制为提高沙生灌木的集运效率开辟了一条新途径。

In China, desert shrub holds an important status in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and development of new energy. Currently, sandy shrub weak in transportation means and low productivity after stumping. Multifunctional de-vice/＇or collection, loading and transportation of desert shrub was designed and manufactured in this program. The main technical parameters of the equipment, motion principle and technical innovation were discussed in this paper. Field ex- periment results indicated that the equipment adapt to the sand,it have high efficiency and degree of automation, various performance indexes meet the design requirements. The success of this equipment provided a new way to improving effi- ciency of desert shrub collection and transportation.
