吊篮式移栽机旋转杯式喂苗机构设计

针对新疆番茄、线辣椒铺膜加滴灌种植模式的要求,研制了一种膜上移栽机。该机一次作业可完成辅助喂苗、栽植器破膜成穴移栽和膜面覆土等工序,但是由于结构复杂,喂苗速度受到很大限制。为此,设计了一套旋转杯式喂苗机构。其利用外销多槽轮机构带动苗杯进行间歇式转动,可以给工作人员充足的时间进行投苗;通过改变链轮齿数,来调整移栽株距。该机构使用简单方便,能大大提高整机的工作效率。
