摘要
针对茄科蔬菜自动嫁接机自动夹持秧苗时夹口处叶子干扰夹持导致夹持失败的问题,提出了一种滚刷式秧苗去叶装置,利用旋转的滚刷去除秧苗叶子。介绍了该滚刷式秧苗去叶装置的工作原理、机构组成、控制系统硬件设计和执行机构动作的PLC编程。样机实验结果表明,基于PLC控制的滚刷式秧苗去叶装置作业生产率可达到2000~2500株/h,完全满足现有嫁接机对秧苗喂人量的要求。
Aiming at the problem that the leaves get into the gripping hand of the solanaceae vegetable automatic grafting machine, which will lead to the failure of the holder, we proposed a rotating brush type of removal leaves machine that it can clean leaves with rotating brush. The working principle of the leaves cleaning unit , the mechanism composition, as well as the control system hardware design and the design of a PLC control system we reintroduced in this paper. The ex- perimental results from a sample machine showed that the productivity rate of the leaves cleaning unit with rotating brush base on PLC reached 2000 to 2500 plants per hour. Able to fully meet the requirements of the existing grafting machine feed rate of seedlings. It is Able to fully meet the requirements of the existing grafting machine amount of seedlings
