老矿区及资源整合矿井安全高效开采模式探讨

Discussion on Safe and Effective Mining Mode in Old Mines and Resource Integrated Coal Mines

首先阐述了煤炭工业老矿区及资源整合矿井构建安全高效开采模式的必要性。而后对老矿区及资源整合矿井进行了界定,并理清了安全高效开采的概念与内涵。在此基础上提出了老矿区及资源整合矿井安全高效开采模式的基本内涵与特征,并从目的、途径和类型3个维度进行了系统的分析。最后以平煤神马集团为例概述了此模式的效果与应用。

First of all, the necessity of constructing the safe and effective mining mode in old mines and resource integrated coalmines is discussed. Then the old mines and resources integrated coalmines are defined, as well as the concepts and connotations of safe and ef- fective mining. Based on above, the basic connotation and characteristics of the safe and effective mining mode in old coal area and re- sources integrated coalmines are put fbrward, as well as the systematic and elementary analysis of 3 dimensions of aim, path and type. Finally the effectiveness and functions of the mode are provided with Pingdingshan Coal ＆ Shenma Group as an example.
