摘要
在低速时,传统磁电式轮速传感器由于信号弱,使得ABS轮速信号精度差,ABS能够获得的最低轮速值也较大。在分析磁电式轮速传感器工作原理的基础上提出一种新的轮速信号处理电路,其结合动态迟滞电压的软件处理算法,提高了低速时轮速信号的准确性,并且使ABS获得的最低轮速值更小。
The signal of traditional magnetic-electric wheel speed sensor is weak at low speed, which makes not only wheel speed signal precision of ABS system poor at low speed, but also the minimum wheel speed value that ABS can obtain bigger. Based on the analysis of the operating principle of the magnetic-electric wheel speed sensor, this paper proposes a new wheel speed signal processing circuit, which is combined with the software processing algorithm of dynamic hysteresis voltage to improve the accuracy of the wheel speed signal at low speed, meanwhile to obtain the smaller minimum wheel speed value.
