摘要
利用电动汽车热泵空调试验系统,测试了热泵空调系统制热模式从启动至稳定过程中,不同环境温度及压缩机转速下系统高压侧压力、低压侧压力、压缩机出口温度、车外换热器进口温度、车室内温度随时间变化的关系,并分析了环境温度及压缩机转速对电动汽车热泵空调制热模式启动性能的影响。试验表明,环境温度越低,电动汽车热泵空调系统未启动时平衡压力越低,启动后达到稳定状态的时间越长,热泵空调系统制热量越低;压缩机转速越高,系统达到稳定状态的时间越短,热泵空调系统制热量越高。
With the use of an experimental system of heat-pump air conditioning on electric vehicles, various parameters of the system versus time from startup to steady state under heating condition are tested at different ambient temperatures and compressor speeds. The parameters include pressure at both high-pressure side and low-pressure side, outlet temperature of compressor, inlet temperature of external heat exchanger and interior temperature. The effects of ambient temperature and compressor speed on heat-pump air conditioning's starting performance under heating condition are tested and analyzed. The results show that the lower the ambient temperature is, the lower the equilibrium pressure is of the system when it is not started which also leads to a longer time the system reaches a steady state and a lower heating capacity of the heat pump air conditioning system. Besides, the higher the compressor speed is, the shorter time the system reaches a steady state, and the higher heating capacity of the system.
