摘要
以某款增压柴油机为原型,利用BOOST软件建立原机一维流动过程模型并进行标定.在此基础上建立带高压循环EGR系统的柴油机模型.运用DoE技术对文丘里管式高压循环EGR系统进行优化.获得最佳结构设计方案。模拟计算显示,优化EGR系统后,新鲜空气进气量提升1%~4%,EGR率绝对值提升1%~3%。
One-dimensional gas flow process model based on a turbocharged diesel engine is established in BOOST software and calibrated. Based on this model, a diesel engine model with a high pressure loop EGR system is established and optimized by using DoE method to obtain the best structure design. Simulation calculations show that with the optimized EGR system, the fresh air inflow is increased by 1%-4 %, and the absolute value of EGR rate is increased by 1%-3 %.
