摘要
德国巴登—符腾堡州职业学校的OES模式系统地阐述了职业学校内部可持续质量发展和质量保障的框架,包括学校质量宗旨、个别反馈和合作、学校自我评价和质量发展、外部评价、认证、学校和学校管理部门的目标协议六方面。通过PDCA循环的模式,职业学校的质量管理和发展体系得到持续改进。
The OES model of vocational schools in Baden-Wtirttemberg expounds the sustainable quality development and quality assurance framework of vocational schools systematically, including school quality mission statement, individual feedback and teamwork, school self-evaluation and quality development, external evaluation, certification, the agreement on objectives between schools and school administration. The quality management and development systems of vocational schools are continuously improved by PDCA ("Deming ring") cycle model.
