摘要
随着2010年学校白皮书的发表,家长参与学校教育成为英国教育改革的热点。在实践中,为了使家长有效参与教育和提高学校教育成效,形成了保护模式、专家模式、传递模式、课程充实模式、消费者模式、伙伴关系模式等多种参与模式。通过家校联系,对父母支持培训,以及基于家庭和社区的干预等途径,运用计划、合作参与、持续改进、宽泛理解、明确易懂的建议与指导、家庭学习、领导等策略实现了家长有效参与学校教育的目标。
Parental involvement in school education has become the focus of education reform in the UK with the school white paper published in 2010. In practice, in order to enable parents to participate effectively in education and improve the effectiveness of school education, such models for parental involvement as protective model, expert model, transmission model, curriculum-enrichment model, consumer model, and partnership model have been formed. Through the path of school-family links, the training for parents, family and community based interventions, the application of planing, collaboration and engage- ment, sustained improvement, broad understanding, clear and specific advice, and the strategies of guidance, family learning and leadership, the goal of effective parental involve- ment in the school education has been achieved.
