自由发展观中自由和发展的关系、人本观点对于分析我国农业女性化现象具有重要意义。农业女性化的客观现实要求着眼于农村女性发展的自由并赋予和保护其相应的权利。土地权利是农村妇女首要的基本权利。分析我国农村妇女土地承包经营权、宅基地使用权、土地流转获益权受侵害的现象及原因,从性别视角提出了法律对策。

It is significant to analyze agricultural feminization phenomenon by the outlook of free development, which is about the relationship of freedom and development, and the humanistic thought. The objective reality of agricultural feminization needs to give rural women freedoms and rights. Land rights are the rural womenJs basic rights. This paper analyzes the phenomenas and the reasons that the rural women＇s operation right of land contract, usufruct in ruralhousing land operation right of land contract and benefits of landcirculation are infringed. And some legal countermeasures are given from the perspective of gender.
