摘要
以甲醇提取样品中过氧化苯甲酰,用碘化钾溶液还原过氧化苯甲酰成苯甲酸,应用反相高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器,外标法定量,测定了婴儿奶粉中过氧化苯甲酰的质量浓度。过氧化苯甲酰质量浓度在0.1~40.0mg/L范围内呈良好线性关系.r=0.9999.平均加标回收率为93.1%~103.6%,CV=4.02%~5.44%。该方法简便,准确,重现性好,可用于婴儿奶粉中过氧化苯甲酰质量浓度的测定。
Benzoyl peroxide in infant milk powder was purified by Methanol and, the solution was reducted to benzoic acid by potussium io-dide , then the solution was determined by HPLC-DAD. Results showed the linearity of Benzoyl peroxide was in the range of 0.1-40.0 mg/L, r = 0.9999. The average recovery was in the range of 93.1% - 103.6 %, CV was between 4.02 % and 5.44 %. This method was sim-plely and accurate with good reproducibility and could be used for the determination of Benzoyl peroxide in infant milk powder.
