摘要
以菊花品种‘白毛刺’为供试材料,利用跟踪拍照和石蜡切片技术对其毛刺发育过程中的形态及显微结构进行观察。结果表明:毛刺产生在菊花花芽分化时期,主要产生在小花的上部;毛刺由小花表皮单个细胞脱分化形成,由1个球形的顶部和1个不断伸长的基部组成;发育到一定阶段时,毛刺内部的细胞开始凋亡,导致毛刺中空。
The morphology and microstructure of chrysanthemum burr during the development process were observed by using tracking photos and paraffin section. The results indicated that the burr was generated at the stage of flower bud differentiation stage and mainly located on the apical part of the floret. Dedifferentiated from the floret epidermal single cell, the burr consisted of a global top and a constantly elongating base: By developing to a certain stage, the burr became hollow because of the apoptotic inner cells. These results provided the morphological fundaments for further research on the formation and development of chrysanthemum burr.
