After the end of the Cold War, international organizations＇ function and impact on the public diplomacy is increasingly prominent. Decisive participation and carrying out public diplomacy to international organizations has not only become a important way for contemporary China to safeguard the interests of the state, but also shaped the image of the country, as well as enhancing China＇s voice in international community and the soft power of the country.
