社会主义生态文明的"社会主义"前缀绝不是一种无意义的、可有可无的修饰,而恰恰体现了我国在生态文明建设上的意识形态指向,是我们的道路自觉、理论自觉和制度自觉的重要表现。从比较的视角进行分析,生态文明的"社会主义"意涵体现在三个方面:在资本主义国家与社会主义国家的环境状况比较中,认识资本主义生态文明是一种矛盾修辞;在生态文明不同建设理路的比较中,阐明了马克思主义是生态文明建设的指导思想;在公有制与私有制的比较中,既要坚持自然资源公有制和健全自然资源资产产权制度,又要保持国有制的社会主义性质。

The ＂socialism＂ prefix of socialist ecological civilization is by no means an unintentional, optional rhetoric, but reflects our ideological point of ecological civilization, and is an important performance in our path, in our theories and in our system. Be analyzed from a comparative perspective, the ＂socialism＂ meaning of ecological civilization embodies in three areas： comparing the environmental conditions in the capitalist countries and socialist countries, the understanding that capitalist ecological civilization is an oxymoron; comparing different construction ways of ecological civilization, defining that the guiding ideology of Marxism; comparing the public ownership with the private ownership, defining that not only adhere to public ownership of natural resources and sound natural resource assets property rights system, while maintaining the socialist nature of state ownership.
