摘要
对图书销售数据的分析和应用是出版社实现信息化管理的重要环节。本文主要探讨图书销售数据的类型、采集渠道、分析方法和目标值的设定以及图书销售数据在出版社生产和销售各环节的应用。通过数据分析有助于发现图书生产销售过程中存在的问题和成因,并及时采取措施加以解决。
Analysis and application of book sales data has become an important part of information management to the publishing house. This paper mainly discusses the types, acquisition channels, analysis methods and the target setting of book sales data, as well as the applying of book sales data in each link of production and sales in publishing house. Through the analysis of the data, it mainly help to found the internal problem in book production and sale process, find out the cause of the problem, and take timely measures to solve the problem.
