福建居民收入差距的主要表现、原因分析和政策建议

福建居民收入分配差距包括城乡收入差距、地区收入差距、行业收入差距、不同所有制差距和部门收入差距,主要是由收入分配政策偏差、公共财政功能弱化、经济结构不合理、全要素劳动生产率提高缓慢等因素造成的。当前,福建应尽快出台"收入倍增计划",采取"提低、扩中、控高"和政府"托底"的收入分配改革政策,进一步缩小收入分配差距,不断释放改革发展的巨大潜力。

Resident＇s income distribution gaps in Fujian province include urban-rural income gap, regional income disparities, industry income gap, ownership gap and department income gap. they are mainly caused by the income distribution policy deviation, public finance function weakening, unreasonable economic structure, total factor productivity factors improving slowly. Fujian province should carry out ＂income doubling plan＂ as soon as possible by ＂low-enhance, medianexpansion , high-control ＂ and the government ＂ palming＂ reform of income distribution policy in order to narrow the gap in income distribution, release great potential of the reform and development.
