摘要
介绍高压防水闸门硐室应力分布特征和设计原理。建成的古汉山矿 5 5MPa双门硐防水闸门硐室 ,采用新的设计方法 ,通过注水试压应力应变测试 ,推导出高压硐室长度计算公式。
The water doors built in China coal mines are mostly lower than 4.0 MPa medium and low pressure water doors. With the increased mining depth, a high pressure water door chamber is necessary to be built in China coal mines. According to the conventional calculation method, a closed wall and thick cylinder formula and edge type formula are frequently used. The stress can be evenly distributed. The water pressure can be evenly born by several edge masses with increased number and length of edge masses to balance the water pressure. A 5.5 MPa double water door chamber in Guhanshan Mine was built with a new design method, photo bulletin test, value calculation and theoretical analysis. After water injection test, there was no water leakage and the chamber was completed well and failure. This symbolize a new break through in design and construction of water door.
