摘要 论述了SHGB型双向缓冲过卷保护装置的恒阻力缓冲制动方式及双向缓冲的特性、结构及工作原理 ,对主要技术参数进行了验算。具备多项过卷保护装置性能。 The current over winding buffer and protection device for drum friction, nylon wire type, straight friction type, extension steel bar type and hydraulic mine shaft winding is a one directional protection. This protection can not have a “brake and catch' action. SHGB bi directional buffer over winding protection device can stably stop the full speed over winding skip within an over winding height and can ensure the skip downward falling. The interlock mechanism can lock the skip. A double wire and three screw steel wire buffer with a setting and constant resistant value is selected as a buffering mechanism. The sliding block type lock mechanism can ensure the skip not to occur reverse falling. With a lab type test and a mine shaft industrial test, the device can fully meet the requirement of the “Coal Mine Safety Regulations'.
