工程哲学应用的思考

Reflection on the Practical Application of Philosophy of Engineering

随着《工程哲学》、《工程演化论》等一大批工程哲学方面的论著的出版,以及科学技术工程三元论、工程演化论、工程本体论、工程方法论等工程哲学范畴的研究,标志着工程哲学理论框架的确立,而工程哲学的应用问题已经提上日程。文章从工程共同体、企业发展、产业发展、经济发展和科学发展观的落实等五个方面探讨工程哲学的应用问题。体会到这是多视角、多学科、多领域、全方位的复杂问题。必须经过艰苦的努力、深入的研究、长期的探索,需要各界的共同奋斗,才可能取得扎实的成效。而工程哲学应用问题的当务之急,是要解决工程理念的应用问题和工程的评估标准问题。

The publication of a large number of monographs on engineering philosophy such as Philosophy of Engi- neering and Evolutionary Theory of Engineering, and a lot of studies on engineering philosophy including the trichot- omy of science, technology and engineering, the evolutionary theory of engineering, the engineering ontology, and the engineering methodology mark the establishment of the theoretical framework of engineering philosophy, thus making the issue of engineering philosophy application attended. The paper discusses the issue from five respects ： the engineering community, the enterprise development, the industrial development, the economic development, and the implementation of the concept of scientific development. By now, it is absolutely imperative to resolve the issue of engineer concept application and the matter of engineering evaluation standard.
