农村生活垃圾污染整治的法律问题及对策研究——以浙江省为例

随着社会经济的不断发展,农村居民的生活水平和生活质量都有所提高,但农村环境污染也随之加重。农村生活垃圾污染问题急需相应法律法规及政策予以解决,国外环境污染防治的典型法律制度可供借鉴。立足生态文明、强化农民环保意识,建立健全相关法律规范,强化农村生活垃圾整治的法律实施,健全环境司法救济制度,树立循环经济理念、完善落实垃圾收费制度是构建和谐社会的必由之路。

With the development of social economics, the living standard and quality of rural residentshave been improved, but the environment tfollution in country becomes serious. The rural living waste pollu- tion problems are needed to be solved by corresponding laws and regulations and policies. And the foreign typ- ical legal system on prevention and control of environment pollution can provide references for us.
