城乡建设用地结构优化研究——以河北赞皇县为例

Study on Structure Optimization of Urban- Rural Construction Land——Taking Zanhuang County of Hebei Province as the Case

社会经济的快速发展必然导致对建设用地需求量的增加。不合理建设用地结构会制约区域经济的发展,并拉大区域差异,造成社会不稳定。在赞皇县城乡建设用地结构现状及变化趋势分析的基础上,从经济和社会发展的合理用地需求入手,以保护生态环境为原则,坚持内涵挖潜与外延扩大相结合,科学合理地预测建设用地规模,提出赞皇县城乡用地结构的优化措施,以有效促进土地资源可持续利用和集约利用,从而促进社会经济发展。

With the rapid development of social economy, the demand of urban - rural construction land must be increased. Unreasonable structure of construction land will restrict regional economy progress and en- large regional difference, then lead to social unstable. In this paper, the urban - rural construction land struc- ture status and variation tendency in Zanhuang County were analyzed. Insisting on the principle of protecting ecological environment and the combination of connotation and extension, the construction land scale was reck- oned reasonably from the needs of economic and social development. At last, the optimization schemes of ur- ban - rural construction land use structure of Zanhuang County were put forward to advance sustainable and in- tensive use of land and then the devalanrn^nt ,~f ~,~,-;~1
