近年来,教育体系与劳动力市场需求的匹配程度越来越深地影响各国经济改革和社会治理的成效,突出表现为:各国青年失业率高低与教育结构状况关联度上升,发达国家推动制造业回流和产业转型日益受到人才结构供应的限制,发展中国家人口红利的转化日益受到本国职业教育发展水平的影响。在此背景下,我国应未雨绸缪,早做布局,从战略全局和现实国情出发,将职业教育摆在教育结构中更加突出的位置,使合理的教育体系为经济可持续发展积聚力量。

In recent years, the matching degree of educational system and labour market demand has increasing impacts on economic reform and social governance in the world, which mainly embodies in the following aspects： the correlation between youth unemployment and educational structure is increasing, the development of manufacturing and industrial trans- formation in developed countries are increasingly limited by the supply of talent structure, and the transformation of talent bonus in developing countries are increasingly influenced by vocational education development level. Under the new back- ground, China should make providence and prepare early, put vocational education on a more prominent position in the educational structure, with the aim of realizing economic sustainable development by reasonable educational system
