多层螺旋CT在肺撕裂伤诊断中的价值

The value of multi-slice CT in the diagosis of pulmonary laceration

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT在肺撕裂伤诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性分析25例肺撕裂伤患者的首次检查和治疗后复查的CT资料。结果:25例患者共47个病灶,CT表现为气囊7个,气液囊35个和液囊5个,周围伴不同程度肺挫伤。其中21例患者进行CT动态观察,气囊可演变为气液囊或液囊,气液囊可演变为液囊,但未有逆向演变者。结论:多层螺旋CT是诊断及动态观察肺撕裂伤的最佳检查方法,对临床治疗有重要的指导价值。

Objective：To investigate the value of multi-slice CT in the diagosis of pulmonary laceration. Methods ：The CT data of the first examination and reexamination after treatment in 25 cases with pulmonary laceration were analyzed retrospectively. Results：Forty- seven lesions in 25 patients were found,which included 7 lesions of traumatic gas cyst,35 lesions of gas-fluid cyst and 5 lesions of fluid cyst complicated with various degree pulmonary contusion around the lung laceration in CT finding. The CT dynamic observation in 21 patients showed that the gas cyst lesions could change to gas-fluid cyst or fluid cyst, and the gas-fluid cyst lesions could change to fluid cyst,no reverse evolution lesion was found. Conclusions：Multi-slice CT examination is the best way to diagnose pulmonary laceration and dynamic observation has important value for clinical treatment.
