硫酸镁湿热敷治疗产后会阴水肿150例护理体会

The clinical nursing effect of magnesium sulfate wet compress on postpartum perineal edema

目的:探讨硫酸镁湿热敷治疗产后会阴水肿的临床护理效果。方法:选取300例产后会阴水肿产妇,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组150例。均采取红外照射方法护理治疗。对照组湿敷甲硝唑溶液,观察组湿敷硫酸镁原液。观察2组患者护理治疗72 h后的临床效果。结果:观察组痊愈130例,对照组痊愈90例,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组痊愈时间为(3.5±1.5)d,明显少于对照组的(4.5±2.5)d(P<0.01)。2组患者感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:红外照射基础上采取湿敷硫酸镁原液方法护理治疗产后会阴水肿效果显著,能够降低疼痛,促进伤口愈合,缩短治疗时间。

Objective： To explore the clinical nursing effects of magnesium sulfate wet compress on postpartum perineal edema. Methods：Three hundred puerpera with postpartum perineal edema were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group （ 150 cases each group）. The control group and treatment group were treated with metronidazole wet compress combined with infrared irradiation and magnesium sulfate wet compress combined with infrared irradiation, respectively. The clinical effects in two groups were observed at 72 hours after treatment. Results ： One hundred and thirty in observation group and 90 eases in control group were cured, the difference of which was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The recovery time in observation group （ 3.5 ± 1.5 ） days was significantly less than that in control group （4.5± 2.5 ） days （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The difference of infection rate in two groups was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions： The effects of magnesium sulfate wet compress combined with infrared irradiation treatment on postpartum perineal edema are good, which can reduce pain, promote wound healing, and shorten the treatment time.
