摘要
以玉米品种蠡玉16为材料,在玉米花期进行遮阴处理,10d后结束遮阴,同时喷施不同生长调节剂(A、赤霉素;B、生长素;C、细胞分裂素),研究遮阴处理下不同生长调节剂对玉米生长发育和产量的影响。结果表明,遮阴条件下喷施生长调节剂可以改善玉米群体结构,提高玉米产量,A3(30mg/L)、B1(0.05mg/L)、C3(60mg/L)处理产量高于遮阴对照(未喷施生长调节剂),分别增加了81.81%、208.1%、1.2%,其原因主要是增加了穗粒数,提高了出籽率。遮阴处理在生育后期叶绿素含量和叶面积指数偏高,喷施生长调节剂可以降低叶面积指数,提高干物质积累和运转。
To study the effect of different plant growth regulators on the growtn ano ylexu ol maize under shading condition,Liyu 16 was used as material and was treated with shading before silking stage. After 10 days of shading,we removed the shade and sprayed different plant growth regulators at the same time,including GA(A), IAA(B) and 6-BA(C). The results showed that, with the shading treatment, the application of plant growth regulators could improve the popula- tion structure and increase the grain yield of maize. The yield of A3(30 mg/L),BI(0.05 mg/L) and C3(60 mg/L) treatment was respectively 81. 81%4,208. 1% and 1. 2% higher than that of shading treatment without spaying growth regulator, the main reason of which was increasing the grain number per ear and rate of seeds. After shading treatment, the leaf area index and chloro phyll content were higher in reproductive period, and spraying growth regulators could reduce the leaf area index and increase the accumulation and translocation of dry matter.
