钠盐胁迫对白花草木樨种子发芽的影响 被引量:15

摘要 采用纸上培养法,对白花草木樨(Melilotus albus)种子在4种钠盐(NaCl、Na2SO4、Na2CO3和NaHCO3)不同浓度(0%、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%、1.0%、1.2%、1.4%、1.6%和1.8%)胁迫下进行发芽试验,研究不同钠盐对白花草木樨种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、幼根长度及耐盐指数的影响。结果表明,在不同钠盐胁迫下,随着盐浓度的增加,草木樨种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数和耐盐指数均逐渐降低,种子发芽抑制作用逐渐增强,幼根生长逐渐受到抑制。低浓度NaCl和Na2SO4能够促进草木樨种子发芽。草木樨种子对4种钠盐的耐盐强弱顺序为Na2SO4>NaCl>NaHCO3>Na2CO3。 A study was conducted to evaluate the effects of different sodium salt stress on seed germination of sweetclover (Melilotus albus). Different sodium salts (NaCl、Na2S04、Na2C03 and NaHCO3) different concentrations (O%、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%、1.0%、1.2%、1.4%、1.6%and1.8%) were ap- plied as salt stress. Germination energy, germination percentage, germination index, vigor index, salt re- sistance index and radicle length were measured during sweetclover seed germination on filter papers. All of these different sodium salts stress, germination energy, germination percentage, germination index, vigor index, salt resistance index and radicle length decreased with the increasing of salt concentration, which indicated that the inhibition of salt tolerance to germination and growth. However, lower concentra- tion of NaC1 and Na2 SO4 can promote seed germination. The resistance to different salt of sweetclover was different as follow:NazS04〉NaCl〉NaHC03〉Na2C03.
