摘要 层状双金属氢氧化物作为一种新型无机纳米载体材料,具有独特优势,近年来其在各类药物传递系统中的应用已成为研究热点。介绍层状双金属氢氧化物的制备与修饰,分类综述其在不同药物传递系统中的应用研究。 Layered double hydroxides (LDHs), a novel type of inorganic nanomaterial as carriers with their unique advantages, have recently attracted more and more attention in the applications in drug delivery systems. The preparation and modification of LDHs were introduced. The researches on the applications of LDHs in different drug delivery systems were reviewed classifiedly.
