摘要
以煤为主的能源结构是形成我国煤烟型大气环境污染的原因 ,防治大气污染、改进城市环境质量的措施是煤的净化技术。
The reasons of coal-smoke air pollution are emphatically pointed out,the way of prevention and cure to coal-smoke air pollution and the measure,coal purifying technology,of improving urban environment quality are put forward in the paper.
