Small and micro enterprises are the most important part of enterprises in China. In background of transforming economic development mode and adjusting industrial structure, low-carbon technology innovation is one of directions of innovation in small and micro enterprises, which represents advanced technology in the future and direction of economic development mode. Based on analyzing motivation and essence of low-carbon technology innovation in small and micro enterprises, this paper explores its practical path selection.
